16:45 – Education And Training In Metaverse Eva Kindlundh (Warpin Media) – Eva is working as Partner Director at Warpin, focusing on training and education in VR and will give a short Introduction to Metaverse, then talk about Education and training in VR, and lastly about Risks and possibilities.
17:10 – Metaverse: Hype Or Reality? Tomas Bendz (Around the Corner) – Metaverse as an industry is forecast to generate approx. $1.5 trillion in 2029 from today’s $100 billion with an annual growth rate of over 40%. But, for most people today, the Metaverse is an unknown concept and few people can explain what it is, let alone put it into practice. In this lecture, we take it from the beginning, we sort out all the concepts, put it in context, go through what it is that makes Metaverse relevant right now and above all, show different use-cases and applications.

17:40 – The Erosion of Privacy in Metaverse Cory Robinson (Linköping University) – Cory is an Asst. Prof in Communication Design, and Docent in Information Systems, at Linköping University, and the Founder of the Nordic Privacy Center. He is an invited expert and advisor in areas of privacy and personal data, conducting research exploring societal impacts of privacy. Cory teaches courses in Big Data ethics, privacy in Smart Cities, and topics within communication technology
