Our ultimate driving force lies in contributing to more job opportunities in the region and supporting the development of a sustainable society by connecting business, academia and the public sector.
Do you want to join and support world-leading innovation and accelerate change? Are you at your best when you create contact between companies, the public sector and academia? Then you can be the one we are looking for!

Act – with commitment, solution focus and positivity
The role?
As a project manager in innovation management, you are the link that brings together academia, business and the public sector. You build relationships and bring people together, thus creating both space and conditions for making use of ideas and opportunities.
You use strategic planning in order to achieve our goal of getting individuals and companies to start, develop and grow, which contributes to business success as well as regional attractiveness and growth. You work process and project oriented, and work agile when required.
You will work closely with our team of innovators and technical experts to develop and implement new ideas and solutions. You will have a central role in driving innovation and business development forward and work in an environment that promotes creativity and innovative thinking.
You work primarily in the arena of digital service development in several areas, starting with game development, visualization and AI. It could, for example, be about finding arenas to bring digital twins and industries together, or creating the conditions for visualization research to reach the business world in an easier way.

As a person, you conduct your work independently, but are happy to collaborate with others when the work requires it. You see making mistakes as a natural part of succeeding, and as an opportunity to learn from your experiences.
You have good analytical skills and can understand complex information. Furthermore, you enjoy working with a focus on results and jointly set goals.
