Get to know our new colleague, Erica Larsson
We are delighted to welcome a new colleague to Norrköping Science Park – Erica Larsson! Here, you’ll get to know Erica, from what she will be working on here to how she spends her free time.
To begin with, can you briefly tell us a little about yourself?
– My name is Erica, and I am a curious person who loves meeting new people! I thrive in creative environments where I get to contribute to idea development and new opportunities. My main passions are music, family, friends, and dancing!
What is your background?
– I have a fairly broad and dynamic background in the IT consulting industry, media planning, and digital production. My career has spanned various types of agencies and the digital creative sphere, where I have held strategic roles in business development, project management, and delivery responsibility. I have worked extensively at the intersection of technology, media, and innovation.
What role will you have here at Norrköping Science Park?
– Process Leader, where I will primarily work with student collaboration, startups in the Science Park environment, and the Next Gen Media event.
Tell us something about yourself that not many people know!
– I can sing Lilla snigel (A Swedish children’s song) with my mouth closed!

Norrköping has been selected as one of three cities competing to host the prestigious World Conference for science parks and innovation ecosystems in 2027. Norrköping is the only European candidate and is now competing against Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and Chiang Mai, Thailand. The decision on which city will have the honor of hosting the conference will be made on September 18, 2025, during this year’s IASP conference in Beijing, China.
