Now, as part of the international Scaleup Launchpad program, Beaver Codes is expanding its horizons further by diving into new markets in Finland and Estonia. After two successful years with three internationalization projects within the Central Baltic program, we are now excited to announce that we have received three more! This is a unique achievement - it was already rare for a Swedish organization to be awarded three projects initially, and now we have done it again. With a total of six Central Baltic projects, we strengthen our role as a strong international player and continue to enhance the opportunities for companies to grow in the global market.

Water damage is one of the most costly and disruptive issues for homes and businesses. Swedish scaleup Elementric is tackling this challenge head-on with innovative leak detection technology. By combining IoT and sensor expertise, their mission is to prevent water damage before it happens - making buildings safer, healthier, and more sustainable. Now, as part of our international Scaleup Launchpad program, Elementric is setting its sights on the Finnish and Estonian markets, aiming to expand its impact and forge key partnerships.

By developing tailor-made, cloud-based solutions, they help companies streamline hiring processes and create better experiences for both recruiters and candidates. With Norrköping as their base, they are now exploring new markets beyond Sweden as part of the Scaleup Launchpad program. We caught up with the team to hear their story.

Breaking into new markets is tough. How do you navigate unfamiliar business landscapes, attract investors, and build a scalable company?
