Recruitment can be complex—but Cruitify is making it easier. By developing tailor-made, cloud-based solutions, they help companies streamline hiring processes and create better experiences for both recruiters and candidates. With Norrköping as their base, they are now exploring new markets beyond Sweden as part of the Scaleup Launchpad program. We caught up with the team to hear their story.

Breaking into new markets is tough. How do you navigate unfamiliar business landscapes, attract investors, and build a scalable company? These were the key questions explored during the second Scaleup Launchpad workshop in Tartu, Estonia—a gathering that brought together 19 ambitious startups from Sweden, Finland and Estonia.

Are you ready to expand your business into one of the world’s most dynamic markets? From April 7th to 11th, 2025, Norrköping Science Park is organizing an exciting business delegation to São Paulo, Brazil—tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from Sweden located in the Central Baltic area*.

In mid-October, 11 innovative companies from Sweden, Finland, Estonia, and Latvia traveled to Chicago as part of the EU-funded Bridging4Growth project. The delegation aimed to connect these companies with local stakeholders and practical strategies to break into the U.S. market. With us from Norrköping, we had our local companies Interspectral and Ligna Energy.

Last week, a delegation comprising several Austrian companies visited Norrköping for a packed program of networking opportunities, site visits, and workshops. The visit was part of a new collaboration between Advantage Austria Nordics, Norrköping Science Park (NOSP), and Linköping Science Park, aimed at strengthening partnerships and exchanges with companies from Östergötland and international companies, both within technology and innovation.

From November 4-7, Norrköping welcomed participants of the Scaleup Launchpad program for workshop-days aimed at equipping scaleup companies with strategies for sustainable growth. Hosted by Norrköping Science Park, the event brought together innovative tech companies from Sweden, Finland, and Estonia, representing a range of industries and solutions—from AI and IoT to construction and recruitment technology.
