The Science Park team is growing, and this time with two strong individuals within the finance and administration department. Let's get to know them a bit more!

Tell us a little about yourself

Cecilia:

I’m a positive and curious person who enjoys learning new things and working with others to get good results. Outside of work, I like spending time with friends and family, training and being outdoors.

Fredrik:

I was born and raised in Edsbyn, Hälsingland, where I of course played bandy for a while. I’ve also always been into music — I play a few instruments and used to write a lot of songs. I’m a big fan of literature and reading, and this summer I’m hopefully finishing my bachelor’s degree in comparative literature. I’m also a frequent visitor to second-hand stores, always on the lookout for cheap vinyl records.

What have you done previous to your new job here?

Cecilia:

Prior to this role, I worked as a Controller at Norrköping Municipality, where I built expertise in EU project financing and learned that strong collaboration is key to achieving successful outcomes. Teamwork makes the dreamwork.

Fredrik:

Before this, I worked at Norrköping Municipality as an accountant. I’ve also spent several years at Linköping University working with accounting and project finance. I started my career as a consultant, and I’ve returned to that role a few times over the years.

What will your role here be?

Cecilia:

My role here will be CFO and I’m really looking forward to contributing to the team and learning from everyone.

Fredrik:

I’ll be working as a Project Accountant, with a mix of finance and administration.

What’s your favorite spot in or around Norrköping?

Cecilia:

I really like Industrilandskapet and Strömmen, it’s such a nice place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the city.

Fredrik:

I live in Jursla, just outside Norrköping, and I really enjoy walking in the old forest there.

A warm welcome to both of you to Norrköping Science Park!
