We’ll hear from Pierre Mårtensson, who will spend 45 minutes sharing tips and do’s and don’ts ahead of the visit to Singapore – covering culture, business practices, and practical matters. This will be followed by 15 minutes for questions.

About the speaker:
Pierre Mårtensson helps B2B technology companies build commercial engines in markets where one wrong hire can cost a year. He is Founder & Managing Partner of The Scale Factory — a Commercial Expansion Platform for B2B tech scaling across APAC and Europe. The Scale Factory doesn’t advise on expansion; they execute it.

Pierre has seen the pattern time and again: a B2B tech company expands into a new region, signs one senior resource, and twelve months later the pipeline is empty, the hire has left, and the board wants to know what happened. Or the commercial team is in place but the system isn’t producing, and nobody can say whether the problem is the people, the playbook, or the market.
