Organic electronics
Norrköping is a hub for organic electronics innovation, where world-class research and a strong industry network help turn ideas into growing businesses.
Organic electronics – from research to industry
Norrköping has built a strong ecosystem for electronics, bringing together research, industry, and specialized test environments. The city is particularly recognized for its advancements in printed and organic electronics, where researchers, startups, and companies develop flexible and sustainable solutions for the future.
With access to advanced labs and testbeds, businesses can prototype, test, and refine their innovations. Facilities like Printed Electronics Arena (PEA) and the Laboratory of Organic Electronics (LOE) provide unique opportunities to explore new materials and production techniques.
For startups emerging from research, we offer the dedicated accelerator space HOPE, helping early-stage electronics companies grow before taking the next step. Here, spin-outs from research get the support they need to establish themselves and scale up.
