Why You Should Join
This delegation offers an unparalleled opportunity for innovative companies looking to expand their reach in the US. Participants will have the chance to make valuable connections, discover new customers, and create significant sales opportunities in the U.S. market.
The official schedule for the delegation will run from October 14-18, 2024. The trip, organized under the EU-funded Bridging4Growth project, will feature two to three days of activities including seminars, networking events, and meetings with relevant stakeholders in Chicago. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to visit other parts of the USA to meet mentors and potential leads.
Who Can Apply
Only companies from the Central Baltic region are eligible to apply, in Sweden you can join if you are located in one of the following regions: Östergötland, Stockholm, Uppsala, Örebro, Södermanland, Gotland, Västmanland & Gävleborg. The project will cover most local costs, including hotel accommodations and local transportation. Detailed information will be provided as we finalize the program.

Last week, Norrköping Science Park took part in the IASP World Conference. While it was a debut for us, it was the 42nd edition of this global gathering of science parks and areas of innovation. Startups are often told to “think global from day one.” But scaling internationally is easier said than done. That’s where the Scale-Able project, an initiative run by Ignite Sweden, Norrköping Science Park, and Tehnopol, made a difference. Over the course of 2,5 years, it provided scaling companies and corporates with something both sides urgently need: direct access to each other, in the form of carefully curated one-to-one meetings across three countries.
