New Growth Opportunities for Drone Companies in an International Cooperation Programme
Drone technology companies now have the chance to take their next step on the international stage — the IAS Business Academy 2026 growth programme offers support to companies in the field of Innovative Aerial Services (IAS) from Finland, Sweden, and Estonia. Applications open on October 20 and close on December 2.
The year-long programme will accept up to 25 companies, providing hands-on support for growth planning, finding international partners, and testing solutions in real operational environments.
Participants in the programme will benefit from:
- Implementation of cross-border demo projects in cooperation with end-users
- 1:1 business development and IAS expert support from international experts
- Study and trade missions in Sweden, Finland and Estonia
- Participation at IAS industry events and fairs in Europe
- Online thematic workshops
- Networking between Finnish, Swedish and Estonian IAS companies and stake-holders
The programme is coordinated by Business Tampere, Tartu Science Park, and Norrköping Science Park — some of Europe’s leading drone technology hubs.
The IAS Business Academy begins in January 2026. Applications and more information: centralbaltic.eu/project/ias-business-academy
The Academy is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund under the Central Baltic Programme.
