Major Matchmaking Event in Norrköping
The event presents a unique opportunity for 15 established corporations, including SAAB, Siemens Energy, Skanska, Fortum, SEB, Södra, Elisa, and more, to be paired with around 50 scaleups. The aim is to foster exciting and sustainable collaborations across borders, spanning various sectors such as energy, sustainability, security, recycling, waste management, data visualization, AI, IoT, construction, real estate, and more.
The matchmaking is organized as part of the EU project “Scale-Able,” where Norrköping Science Park is an active project partner.
“Scale-Able is a new project designed to establish sustainable corporate collaborations that strengthen scalable companies in the Baltic Sea region, enhancing their growth potential. Our goal is to unlock the untapped potential between large established companies and smaller ones embarking on a growth journey, with sustainability at the core.”
– Linda Robinson, Project Manager at Norrköping Science Park
The project will generate collaboration opportunities involving approximately 200 companies across four matchmaking events. Among these, at least 20 smaller companies are expected to establish significant collaborations with large corporations. Five of these scaleups are anticipated to demonstrate a notable increase in their business volume.
The event and project are conducted in collaboration with Tehnopol-Tallin Science Park (Estonia), Business Turku (Finland), Ignite Sweden, and SISP – Swedish Incubators and Science Parks, funded by the European Union’s Central Baltic Interreg Program 2021–2027.
