Norrköping Airport tar nu ett betydande steg framåt inom drönarteknik i samarbete med Aero EDIH och UMS-Skeldar. Genom dessa partnerskap har man nu fått möjligheten till en demonstrationsflygning på 16 mil till Visby över öppet vatten, med siktet inställt på det tredje kvartalet i år. Målet är att visa att drönare kan flyga långa sträckor på ett säkert och tillförlitligt sätt, vilket banar väg för nya möjligheter inom transportsektorn. Samtidigt stärker det också bilden av Norrköping som en ledande hubb inom industriell utveckling kopplat till framtidens flyg.

On May 20–21, an international matchmaking event will take place in Tallinn, where startups and scaleups from Sweden, Estonia and Finland Sweden can connect with leading corporates such as ACTIA, SAAB, SEB, Telia and many others. It’s a great opportunity for companies working with securetech or dual-use technologies to explore new collaborations.

Med hjälp av nyinspelad engelsk dialog av skådespelarna och AI-justerade läpprörelser har filmen gått från att vara på svenska till att bli en engelskspråkig film. Nu släpps en första titt på “Watch the Skies” som filmen heter på engelska.

Norrköping has been selected as one of three cities competing to host the prestigious World Conference for science parks and innovation ecosystems in 2027. Norrköping is the only European candidate and is now competing against Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and Chiang Mai, Thailand. The decision on which city will have the honor of hosting the conference will be made on September 18, 2025, during this year’s IASP conference in Beijing, China.

This is a unique achievement - it was already rare for a Swedish organization to be awarded three projects initially, and now we have done it again. With a total of six Central Baltic projects, we strengthen our role as a strong international player and continue to enhance the opportunities for companies to grow in the global market.
