Scale-Able

For startups and scaleups, breaking into large companies can be a challenge. The right contacts are often hard to reach, and opportunities for collaboration can be few and far between. Scale-Able changes that by creating direct matchmaking between innovative SMEs and corporates in Sweden, Finland and Estonia. Through events, seminars and one-to-one meetings, the project helps companies explore joint projects, pilots and new business opportunities.

Purpose of project

The purpose of Scale-Able is to connect growth companies with corporates in need of innovative solutions – and to do so across borders in the Central Baltic. By working together, startups and established companies can accelerate innovation and build partnerships that lead to real business impact. The matchmaking is powered by Ignite Sweden’s proven platform, ensuring quality and relevance in every meeting.

Companies in the programme recieve:

• Participation in matchmaking events in Norrköping, Stockholm or Tallinn

• One-to-one meetings with corporates matched to your solution

• Preparatory seminars on how startups and corporates can work together

• Networking with entrepreneurs and companies from across the Central Baltic region

Expected results

By the end of the project, more than 130 startups and scaleups will have met with over 30 corporates through tailored matchmaking sessions. At least 50% of these meetings are expected to result in concrete follow-ups such as pilots, collaboration projects or sales contracts. Scale-Able also strengthens cross-border cooperation by creating a joint model for startup–corporate collaboration that can be reused across the region.
