Vi ville förstås veta mer och ställde därför några frågor till Anders Lundkvist, en av de som är med och leder förstudien och som kommer att hålla två workshops på ämnet nu i oktober.

Last week, Norrköping Science Park took part in the IASP World Conference. While it was a debut for us, it was the 42nd edition of this global gathering of science parks and areas of innovation. This year’s conference, hosted in Beijing, brought together over 900 delegates across more than 90 countries, all united by the mission to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration between industry, academia, and society.

Startups are often told to “think global from day one.” But scaling internationally is easier said than done. That’s where the Scale-Able project, an initiative run by Ignite Sweden, Norrköping Science Park, and Tehnopol, made a difference. Over the course of 2,5 years, it provided scaling companies and corporates with something both sides urgently need: direct access to each other, in the form of carefully curated one-to-one meetings across three countries.

Nu är Ynvisible Interactive Inc. nya produktionsanläggning i Norrköping i gång. Efter flera framgångsrika år i Linköping har verksamheten nu flyttats för att komma ännu närmare regionens starka innovationskluster inom tryckt elektronik.

The ScaleAble project wrapped up its final matchmaking event in Tallinn, where 13 corporates and 45 scaling companies from Estonia, Finland and Sweden explored dual-use and securetech innovation.

Subsoccer was born during a family holiday when founder Jarno Saarinen came up with the idea of a table football game or under table game, played with your feet. After years of development, failed prototypes, and persistence, the concept evolved into a patented product with global traction. Today, Subsoccer is partnered with major brands such as Adidas, UEFA, and Heineken.
